My Favorite Business Tools

There are a huge amount of different tools available for business owners and as an entrepreneur, there are so many different tools that I use in my business. So, here is a list of my favorite tools I use almost daily in my business. 

Dubsado

Dubsado is a business management solution designed to cut out the busywork. I love Dubsado and highly recommend it to other designers as well. I use Dubsado in so many ways but especially to automate my workflows. Trello

Trello is a project management and team collaboration tool that allows you to organize teams, projects, and workflows. I use Trello for all of my client projects for an easy and organized place for everything. And yes I mean everything; communication, questions, homework, timelines, drafts, feedback, final files, etc. There are many project management tools out there but I have found the most success with Trello for what I need. UNUM

UNUM is an instagram planning app that I use that help layout my instagram and hold my content that I will be posting each week. It helps me create a most cohesive feed while also helping me stay organized since I write all my posts in the app and when I am ready to post them, or save them in instagram as drafts I can do it easily by copying and pasting. 

Things

Things is an app that helps me stay on top of my to do list because man can it be long sometimes. It helps me stay organized in my personal life and in my business. I have the app on my phone, it was $10 but very much worth the price. I have a widget set up on my phones screen so that I can see every thing that needs to get done each day. You can also link it to your calendar which is AMAZING. If you want to get organized and stay organized, this is the app for you!
