The Process
When all design have been approved, I will send over all final files in a google drive folder. You will also receive any other necessary items for your launch. Lastly, we show off your new brand to the world and do a happy dance!
4—Share & Launch
Once the strategy is complete, the design can begin. Whether I'm doing branding, a website, or both, every piece is done with purpose and I make sure you know where we are at every step of the way.
3—Exploration & Creation
Next, I will research all there is for me to know to provide you with an in-depth brand strategy that will position you ahead of your competition. Topics covered include, business foundation, audience, competitors, messaging, and visual direction.

WHEN CAN I START MY PROJECT?

I am usually booked out at least a month in advance so the sooner you inquire the sooner we can start! Once you inquire, we will have a discovery call, I'll send you a proposal, and once the contract is signed & retainer paid, you are officially scheduled in my calendar!
WHAT DO YOU USE TO BUILD MY WEBSITE?

I primarily build websites using Showit but every now and then I will bring on a developer to help build a site in Squarespace. I am looking to add Webflow websites in the future as well.
WHAT ABOUT COPY or SEO?

Copywriting and SEO are not my specialty so if you are looking to add those services, we can collaborate with other business for that, along with your project with me! I always recommend adding copywriting onto a project because it makes things SO much smoother.
Can I still work with you if I’m not a photographer?

Yes! Although I specialize in working with photographers, I work with a variety of service providers every year. If you want to work with me, inquire with me, and we can have a chat to see how I can serve your business best.
DO YOU DO WEB DESIGN WITHOUT BRANDING?

I sure do! The only requirement is that you work with a designer for your brand & provide me with a brand guidelines document (also known as a brand style guide). Email me if you have more questions. I’m always open to chat!
What if i just want a logo?

I understand that not everyone wants the full brand identity package which is why I created my VIP Design day. You will have me for 1 full day where I can absolutely design you a logo.
Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! A non-refundable 34% deposit is required to hold your spot on my calendar. The remaining payments are broken up over a period of a few months. If you need a different payment plan, just ask!
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH OFFERING TO CHOOSE?

This is something I will help you decide on our discovery call. Each offering is unique and after I talk with you on our call I will help guide you to the right offering and if I don't think we are a good fit to work together I will tell you as well but I will refer you to other designers you might be a better fit for.
